【目的／Objective of the Dialogue】

原発事故から8 年が経過したが、福島県内の産業、特に一次産業には依然として原発事故の大きな影響が残されている。影響は、放射性物質への対応のみならず、社会的な側面の比重が大きくなっており、課題は生産の現場のみならず、流通・小売、消費まで及んでいる。このため、事故の影響の全容を見渡すことが難しくなっている。そこで、ダイアログセミナーの場を利用し、生産から流通・小売、消費のそれぞれのステークホルダーを交え、農業と漁業の現状について話し合い、また現場における実態と課題について国内外に発信する機会としたい。2 日の日程のうち、1 日については現地視察を行う。現地視察に

ついては、受け入れ準備の調整のため、先着順事前申し込み者のみ。2 日目のダイアログについてはこれまでどおり、自由参加とする。

Since the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station's Accident, it has already passed 8 years. However, industries in Fukushima Prefecture, in particular primary industries, have been influenced by the accident significantly so far. The impact does not only concern the control of radiatopm but also the economic and social aspects. Recently these latter have even become dominant.. The problem reaches

not only the production sites but also the distribution, retail and consumption of the products. It is therefore difficult to understand the full impact of the accident. Accordingly, various kinds of stakeholders (producers, distributors, retailers and consumers) will be involved in this Dialogue meeting which should be an opportunity to send information of the current situation and problems in

agriculture and fishery inside and outside Japan. The dialogue meeting will be two days: the first one for field visit and the next one for the Dialogue meeting. The objective of the field visit is to better understand the current situation. Participants to the field visit must be registered in advance but the participation of the Dialogue meeting is free.
